  1. Following the extraordinary success of his post-punk synth-pop group The Thompson Twins, production and writing work for the likes of Deborah Harry, and the ambient techno of his Babble project, Tom Bailey was lured to the exotic climes of Aotearoa/New Zealand. He now produces ambient dub tracks, such as the ones found on this mix. DJ AAA, once again seamlessly blends them together. 2. A lunar snow storm gives way to the gentle rays of Jupiter's undiscovered fifth sun. A green alien, with nine legs and a bright orange horn, cracks a yawn and rises from his crater. Turning on his solar radio, as he always does when he brushes the teeth at the back of his head, he tunes into DJ AAA's Delta mixtape. What he hears, is a mix of cosmic heavy breathing, an experiment in spacial audio accoustics, and a soft crackling static synthesis. DJ AAA, once again, delivers a unique sounding ambient mix for those people who live outside the box. Track listing: 1. mondfabrik - lluvia * 2. monolake - bicom * 3. lusine - autopilot * 4. vesna - snow sences * 5. vesna - desrt * 6. p.r.o.m - hypnotized * 7. unn - pictures * 8. josh one - contemplation - fresh moods mix * 9. syncromatic dubsters - suncloud * 10. polar - inventour * 11. polar - lectric * 12. zen sauvage vs jason corder - sunken streetlights * 13. eat static - caridwen * 14. lusine - scheming * 15. dabrye - hyped up plus tax - outputmessage mix * 16. prefuse 73 - afternoon love in * 17. icube - le dub * 18. deviant electronics - silverside *
  3. For three hours, DJ Will Kelly, takes us on a wonderfully a original, almost cinematic, exploration of ambient electronic and classical audio textures. This might be a good mix to do yoga too, as it's so slow and plodding, that you really can't be in a rush for anything. Got three hours to kill? Then, put this subliminal stew on the slow cooker. Strings, pianos, static glitches combine to form a complex and unique array of textures. When you're slow cooker beeps that it's ready, you'll find that the meat just falls off the bone.
